About Our Teacher, Lorrie Formella Lorrie Formella, is an IIQTC Healer Within, Tai Chi Easy™, and Level 1 Certified Senior Trainer, a certified Circle of Life Coach, and owner of Seasons of Life Empowerment LLC based in Wisconsin. Lorrie has Co-Produced two IIQTC Online Level 1 Qigong Teacher Certification Training events. She is committed to lifelong learning and providing mind-body classes, certification training, workshops, and retreats that empower people to enhance their health and wellness.
A "thriver" after cancer since 2012, Lorrie attributes her quality of life to an integrated self-care approach that includes a number of mind-body practices including Qigong and Tai Chi as well as many other self-care methods learned while navigating through challenges during the “seasons of life.” She utilizes her talents in psychology, personal development, teaching, facilitation, and coaching to support people on their empowerment path.
