Her presentation and coaching style are all about making break throughs, changing perspective, self-love and acceptance, and saying YES to the mystery of life. We are NOT confined to our skulls, we have a WHOLE being to take care of. That's what I help you do

About Sahnya Thom, Ninja Your Life With Sahnya
Sahnya Thom is a 6th Degree Black Belt Martial Artist, Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology, Author, Speaker, and Ninja Your Life Coach. She helps clients thrive physically, mentally, and spiritually through unique coaching methods that bridge her expertise in mindfulness/meditation, psychology, Martial Arts wisdom, and personal fitness training. She has worked in a variety of contexts with diverse audiences including schools, businesses, LGBTQ community, retreats, and has helped people suffering with PTSD, cancer, diabetes, MS, depression, anxiety, and the grieving process. Many describe her as a "breath of fresh air" and an edu-tainer. She is a science nerd with a poetic heart who loves to make people laugh while delivering game-changing content!
