Breast Cancer Recovery's mission is to provide environments for women breast cancer survivors to heal emotionally. All programs are designed and conducted by survivors for survivors.
Breast Cancer Recovery offers wellness retreats- Infinite Boundaries- for women in all stages of breast cancer - newly diagnosed, in treatment and many years finished with treatment. Women ages 21 - 80 have attended our retreats. Breast Cancer Recovery also offers an annual educational conference, Sharing the Knowledge, each November in Madison, Wis.
Founded in 1997 by Ann Haney, Breast Cancer Recovery is a member of the Wisconsin Cancer Council and the Wisconsin Breast Cancer Coalition. Breast Cancer Recovery networks with hospital staff, breast cancer support groups, parish nurses, oncology nursing associations, and hospital auxiliaries throughout the state of Wisconsin and the upper Midwest.
